Volunteers Serve In Memory of 2018 Tree of Life Tragedy

Almost three-dozen volunteers participated in a community wide day of service commemorating the horrific events of October 27, 2018. At Beth Abraham Cemetery. they raked leaves and debris, cut vines, and cleaned up headstones. We appreciate their hard work, enthusiasm and commitment to doing good.

Free Burial Unveiling

Our annual unveiling of headstones will take place on Sunday September 15, 2019 at 10:30 am at the Chesed Shel Emeth cemetery on Oakwood St in Shaler Township. Headstones for Blyuma Gitlin, Joseph Weiss and Olga Klein will be unveiled. Rabbi Eli Seidman, Director of Pastor Care for the Jewish Assn. on Aging will officiate.
